You can try booting into Safe Mode to see if you still have the problem. Otherwise I don't really see anything in the EtreCheck report, but I'm not a macOS software expert. If this SetApp is something else, then please provide a link since I am not familiar with it (I'm not a macOS software expert). I haven't really seen anyone using the SetApp before, so I don't know what issues it may have. While MacPaw has a website with generally useful & well presented information, their software is notorious for causing problems. When I Google "SetApp", it shows it is made by MacPaw makes the very notorious CleanMyMac software app which is probably the cause of about half the macOS issues on reported by people on this forum. Try uninstalling the SetApp software by following the developer's instructions.
